Do you use any artificial fragrances or colors in your soaps?

No, we are committed to keeping our soaps 100% natural. We do not use any artificial fragrances or colors in our products. Our range of soaps gets their vibrant hues from natural clays, activated charcoal, and algae, each contributing not only color but also unique skin benefits. For scent, we exclusively use pure essential oils, carefully selected for their therapeutic properties and delightful aromas.
How are your soaps different from commercial soaps?

We craft our soaps using the cold process method, which preserves the natural benefits of our ingredients and results in a gentler, more nourishing product. Unlike commercial soaps, which often remove natural glycerin and contain harsh chemicals, our soaps retain the glycerin formed during the soap-making process, enhancing their moisturizing properties. Additionally, we superfat our soaps, adding extra oils and butters to ensure they are exceptionally moisturizing and kind to your skin. Our commitment to natural ingredients extends to avoiding synthetic fragrances and colors; instead, we use pure essential oils and natural colorants.
How should I store my natural soap to extend its life?

To extend the life of your natural soap, ensure it's kept dry between uses by using a well-drained soap dish. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or heat, as this can cause the soap to melt or lose its beneficial qualities. For unused soaps, store them in a cool, dry place.. Following these simple steps will help your soap stay effective and fragrant for longer.
Do your products have an expiry date?

Yes, our products do have an expiry date. To find out the specific expiry date of any of our soap products, please check the back of the packaging box. You will find a symbol that looks like an open lid, commonly known as the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol. There will be a number which signifies the number of months the product is expected to remain in optimal condition after it has been opened for the first time.
Do you use palm oil in your soaps?

No, we do not use palm oil in our soaps. We are committed to creating our products with sustainability and environmental responsibility in mind. In line with this commitment, we have chosen to exclude palm oil from our soap formulations.
I'm pregnant, can i use your products?

When it comes to safety during pregnancy it is always best to consult your GP before using any new products.
Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the Republic of Ireland. However, we hope to expand our reach and offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates, as we are actively working to make our products available to a wider audience.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Ireland is within 3-5 business days. However, please note that in certain instances, especially during periods of high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer due to increased volumes with our courier partners
