PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Should there be any issues with your card payment, such as an unauthorized transaction, we will promptly notify you via email, and your order will be put on hold. Fokus retains the discretion to decline any orders placed on our website. We may, at our sole judgment, limit or cancel quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed by the same customer under one account, orders that utilize identical payment methods, or those that share the same billing or shipping address. RETURNS

DAMAGED PACKAGES

At Fokus, we take extensive measures to ensure your products are well-packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues!

MONTHLY COMPETITION DRAW

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Fokus Wellness, located in Ireland.

  2. Eligibility

    • Participants must be aged 18 or over.

    • Open to residents of Ireland only.

    • To enter, participants must subscribe to the Fokus Wellness mailing list and remain subscribed throughout the competition period.

  3. Entry Requirements

    • By subscribing to the mailing list, participants are automatically entered into the monthly draw.

    • Participants who unsubscribe from the mailing list before the draw date will forfeit their entry.

  4. Prize

    • The prize will be a gift box containing products selected by Fokus Wellness.

    • The contents of the gift box are determined solely by Fokus Wellness and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

  5. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be selected at random using a fair and unbiased method.

    • The draw will take place on the last day of each month, and the winner will be contacted within 5 working days via the email address provided upon subscription.

  6. Winner Announcement

    • Winners may be announced on our social media platforms and website. By entering, participants consent to their first name and town being used for announcement purposes.

  7. Claiming the Prize

    • The winner must respond to the email notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.

  8. General Terms

    • Fokus Wellness reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

    • The competition is subject to Irish law, and any disputes will be handled in Irish courts.

    • Fokus Wellness is not responsible for any technical issues preventing entry into the competition.
